Failure to comply may result in the rejection and disqualification of the

The Entrant and Entry Contact are fully responsible for any errors or omissions in the information supplied. The 'Entry Contact' specificed on your Registration Form will be the official contact for the entry and shall receive all necessary correspondence and communication from the Chapter. Failure to comply with the rules and entry guidelines may result in the rejection and disqualification of the submission. Registration fees will not be refunded.

RECENT SUBMISSION CHANGES

Design is storytelling and to help you more fully express your project (and even your design firm's) story, we have broken down the project submission form into five prompts to give you more space to highlight what makes the project special. The prompts are intended to help guide you to more easily describe the project's story. Each prompt is limited to a one-hundred-word statement and the winner's description is limited to a forty-word statement. To help in your planning, a brief overview of the prompts are:

THEME: Share the concept and overall message the project conveys.

PROCESS: Identify notable elements of the project's process.

MATERIALITY: Identify how material choices, products, details, specifications, etc contribute to the project's success.

CLIENT PERSPECTIVE: Describe the project through the client lens.

COLLABORATION: Share ways in which the project team notably altered the project's success.

WINNER DESCRIPTION: This section is not one of the prompts, but a final opportunity to provide information to the judges and also for recognition at the show if the project wins an award. Combine elements from the five prompts to create a simple project statement, which will be read verbatim.
